Get to Know Our Teacher of the Year Nominee!
Mrs. Bishop is a proud member of our community, having grown up locally, graduated from North Harford High School, and raised her own children in the area. With more than 31 years of experience, she brings unmatched dedication, compassion, and joy to her work with young learners.
She began her career at Havre de Grace Elementary, teaching kindergarten, first grade, and third grade before serving as a teacher specialist supporting Title I families in a school‑readiness program for children ages 2–4. After six years of guiding parents and their earliest learners, she returned to the classroom—where her heart truly is.
Now in her third year at Dublin, Mrs. Bishop is a proud Dublin Dragon who celebrates her students’ successes every day. We are honored to recognize her as our Teacher of the Year nominee!
